As CEO of Shekel, Nir Leshem brings to the table over 20 years of leadership in sales, marketing, and business development. He is an expert in market penetration, having served as the first managing director for international conglomerate 3M’s entry into the Israeli market, and later taking over as their US Business Director. Leshem is a strategic thinker with a history of providing cross-functional team leadership, implementing cutting edge marketing and sales strategies, and delivering organizational growth and profit.

Guy has several years of autonomous retail experience, with a strong understanding of AI algorithms and advanced technological solutions from initial concept to a valuable operating solution. He was the co-founder and chief executive officer of Supersmart Ltd, during which time he oversaw the development of an algorithm for shopping carts to become instant checkouts. Prior to this, he served as an officer in a technological unit of the Israeli Defense Force.. He has a B.Sc. in electrical engineering and a M.Sc. in Financial Mathematics.

As Chief Strategy Officer, Larry Susman is charged with ensuring that Shekel takes the right steps to maintain its market leadership, while leveraging its technology to expand into new arenas. He is intimately involved in all strategy decisions, pragmatically establishing the conditions for successful market penetration. Susman has a long history in sales and business development, managing major accounts such as IBM, Toshiba, Fujitsu, and Tesco UK.

I bring decades of entrepreneurial experience to my role as Head of Business Development at Shekel Brainweigh – Retail Innovation Division. I’ve launched more than five startups and initiatives, leading their growth in multiple global technology markets. In addition, my strategic understanding of international business environments, marketing, and management has enabled me to create collaborative partnerships between Shekel Brainweigh – Retail Innovation and Global market leaders: retailers, unattended POS operators, technology and solution providers.

Experienced Finance executive who has had roles across both public and private companies with a demonstrated history of success in the Medical Device industry. Strong leader skilled in Finance, FP&A (FP&A Team), Accounting Systems & Operations Improvement Processes Implementation and Customer Service Delivery Teams Optimization / Development. Broad experience including public company Management, corporate governance (SEC and SOX), mergers & acquisitions as well as operational functions such as Human Resources, Information Technology Services, and Procurement/Supply Chain for a broad range of business models.

Tzvika Bar-Am holds an Executive MBA and Industrial engineering management degree and brought with him over 20 years of experience at large technology companies when he joined Shekel as COO. With demonstrable success in managing $150M annual operational budgets. he is focused on scaling operations and maintaining a global supply chain, all while reducing costs and balancing capital. To achieve these goals, Bar-Am collaborates closely with Sales, Finance, R&D, Engineering, Quality, Product Marketing, IT and HR.

Bob has over 20 years of experience in retail hardware and software technology sales, with a proven track record of leading international teams and delivering innovative solutions.
Most recently, he spent five years at NCR, managing global hardware, software, and services sales. Before this, Bob held executive leadership roles at Centric Software, where he launched a strategic New York office, and Varatis, where he led international sales to major telecom companies.
A former professional tennis player, Bob still competes in USTA events. He resides with his family in the greater Philadelphia area.
VP of Engineering and Development
Meir has over 20 years of experience leading R&D teams. He is an expert in robotics, autonomous systems, and cloud computing. He has a strong background in managing complex software and hardware systems, focusing on AI and computer vision.
Before joining Shekel, Meir was the VP of R&D for Robotics and Autonomous Systems at Stanley Black & Decker, where he led global teams in developing and deploying robotics solutions.
He holds a B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering and an EMBA in Business and Integrative Management.

Sagi Cohen brings vast experience as board chairman in companies such as Shekel (ASX:SBW), Ourvita, Aran Group Bag-in-Box, and NEOLITH. He has also successfully served as President of Tnuva International, the largest food group in Israel, and Chairman of Tnuva USA and Proplus. An innovative executive, marketer, and strategic planner, Cohen has a proven track record of more than 20 years in global business management of luxury consumer products and services, both B2C and B2B. He has a superior record of revenue and profit growth, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise value creation, with an aptitude for merchandising, marketing, and product development. His educational background includes executive studies at Oxford University, further enhancing his distinguished professional profile.
